We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you would like to return your item, please follow the below guidance.
1. If you've changed your mind
The item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. unused, in its original packaging (including all accessories) and returned to us within 28 calendar days from the date you received it. To arrange a return please call our customer contact centre quoting your name, address and order number. Items that are returned in a state other than that described above may be subject to a partial credit.
2. If you have received the wrong product
Please call our customer contact centre within 72 hours of delivery quoting your name, address and order number. Our Team will then arrange collection and re-delivery at your earliest convenience.
3. If your product has arrived damaged
Please call our customer contact centre within 72 hours of delivery quoting your name, address and order number to discuss your concerns. Damage advised outside of the 72-hour period may not be accepted.
4. If you need some help setting your product up
Please call our customer contact centre where our dedicated team of product experts will be happy to talk you through your product installation and set-up.
5. If your product has developed a fault
Your product will be covered under the manufacturer's guarantee. Please call our customer contact centre and provide a full description of the fault. Our team will be able to troubleshoot with you over the phone and if necessary, may arrange for a qualified engineer to visit your home.
How to return an item
1 - Telephone our customer contact centre, or contact us to request a return. We will authorise your return and provide you with a RET Number and a date for courier collection.
2 - Complete the returns label below stating the Returns Reason code and the RET Number in the spaces provided.
3 - Affix the returns label to the item you are returning ensuring that the label is clearly visible.
